What Data We Collect

• Account: email address (for sign-up and login).
• Invitation content: names, date, venue, notes, and photos you provide.
• RSVP responses: guest names and attendance answers submitted by your invitees.
• Usage analytics: anonymised product usage data, only with your explicit consent (see Cookie Policy).

Purpose and Legal Basis

We process data to provide the service (creating and publishing invitations, collecting RSVPs), process payments, and improve the product. Legal basis: contract performance, legitimate interest, and explicit consent for analytics.

Third-Party Processors

• Supabase — database and file storage.
• Paddle — payment processing (Merchant of Record).
• PostHog (EU) — product analytics and error tracking; data stored on EU servers.

Retention

Data is retained while your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email merhaba@zariva.net.
