Our Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Zariva. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at merhaba@zariva.net with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund promptly.

Payment Processing

All payments on Zariva are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method.
