The Service
Zariva is a digital invitation platform operated by DIBS. It allows users to create, publish, and collect RSVP responses for personal events such as weddings, engagements, and celebrations.
Account and Responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all content you create. By uploading content (photos, text, etc.) you confirm that you hold the necessary rights and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Payments
Premium features (templates, music, guest photos, unlimited RSVPs) are unlocked via a one-time per-event payment. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as the Merchant of Record.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Zariva for any illegal, harmful, or spam-related purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
